1. Refund Policy

1.1. Refund Eligibility: UrbanFashn is committed to customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a refund, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.

1.2. Eligible Items: To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags and packaging intact. Returns that do not meet these criteria may not be accepted.

1.3. Timeframe: Refund requests must be made within 3-5 days from the date of delivery.

1.4. Refund Process: Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will be issued to your original payment method within 3-5 Working days.

1.5. Shipping Costs: Shipping costs for returned items are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

2. Cancellation Policy

2.1. Cancellation Period: If you wish to cancel an order, you must do so within 48 hours of placing your order. After this period, orders cannot be canceled.
